1. Warranty details
・Warranty period : 5 years from date of purchase
・Scope of warranty
We will repair any natural breakdowns that occur during normal use free of charge. If repair is difficult, we will replace the product with an equivalent product .
* Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the warehouse.
・Please note that the following cases are not covered by the warranty .
1. If you have lost your warranty card or do not have proof of purchase to prove that the product is within the warranty period .
2. Cosmetic scratches, peeling or discoloration of paint or covering materials that do not affect functionality or performance .
3. Normal wear and tear such as wear, dirt, discoloration, and worn cushions .
4. Unable to unlock due to forgotten password .
*Please contact the Customer Support Team for information on how to recover your password. Disassembly , modification , or intentional damage by the customer
5. Damage or loss of contents .
6. Damage caused by repairs or modifications other than those made at our repair center .
7. Damage or breakage caused by aircraft or during transportation .
8. Incidental costs associated with loss of use or opportunity loss .
9. Damage caused by war, riots, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and water disasters (typhoons, floods, tsunamis, etc.) .
