Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We ship to all of Japan (including remote islands).
*We currently do not accept overseas shipping.
2. Shipping Fees
All products will be delivered free of charge.
*For those living in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, additional shipping charges will apply.
3. Delivery company
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and other land transport companies.
*The shipping company may vary depending on the region.
4. Shipping Period
[Regular product]
・Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays : Shipped on the same day (based on business days)
・Orders placed after 12:00: Shipped the next business day
・Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
[Pre-order item]
Items will be shipped sequentially from the shipping start date listed on the product page .
5. Estimated arrival time
[Mainland Japan] Next day to 2 business days after shipping
[Shikoku and Kyushu] 2 to 3 business days
[Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands] 3 to 7 business days
*For some remote islands, it may take 4 to 11 days.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
6. Precautions
・Please note that there may be delays in delivery during bad weather, Golden Week, the New Year holidays, and major sales.
・As a general rule, we do not accept changes to order details or the specified delivery date after shipping arrangements have been made. If you request a change, there is a possibility that it will cause a significant delay.
- Any additional costs incurred due to changes made at the customer's convenience will be borne by the customer.
・If there are continuous delivery problems due to long-term absence or incorrect address, we may restrict your future payment methods. Please be sure to receive your ordered items within the period.
