Return Policy
1. 30-Day Free Returns
At CHEECASE, we accept free returns within 30 days of receiving the product so that our customers can purchase our products with confidence. If the returned product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will refund the full purchase price.
* Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
*However, the following cases are exceptions:
· Gift cards are non-returnable.
· Products on the outlet page are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where a manufacturing defect has been identified.
2. Cancellation Policy
If the item has not yet been shipped from our Saitama warehouse at the time of contact, we will accept cancellation of the item.
*There is no cancellation fee for unshipped items.
If the item has already been shipped from the warehouse, we cannot cancel the delivery, so we will accept returns within 3 days of arrival if the item is unopened.
*Please note that shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
3. Regarding returns and exchanges of defective products or products different from the order
For all products, if you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will promptly respond by offering a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs. In addition, if there are missing parts, we will immediately arrange for additional parts to be shipped.
*Please check the condition of the product within 3 days of arrival. Please obtain as many photos as possible that can prove any damage or stains at the time of delivery.
*Cases in which products are not eligible for return or exchange
① Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago or have been used
② Products that have become dirty or damaged in the customer's possession

4. Return and exchange method
Step 1: Please contact our customer support team.
Step 2: Our customer support team will review your message and inform you of whether or not you can return or exchange the item, as well as the next steps.
Step 3: If you decide to return or exchange the product, please disassemble and pack the product yourself and arrange for shipping.
Step 4: Once the product arrives and is inspected, we will promptly refund or ship a replacement item.
*It may take some time for the replacement item to be delivered.
*Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the item has arrived at the warehouse.
5. Disclaimer
・We are not responsible for any indirect damages caused by the use of the product (e.g. damage to stored items, floors, buildings, etc.). Please be aware of this in advance.
- Depending on the extent of the damage, minor scratches that do not interfere with normal use may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
・We cannot accept returns without prior notice.
